a favorite? paul simon's diamonds on the soles of your shoes....aka "the shoe song". i think the beats of paul were wooing her to sleep a little bit. didn't last long. she was quickly awakened when she remembered her freshly painted toenails and fingernails. shouts of "a toes!" rang out. after feeling confident that mommy thoroughly understood her beauty, hannah could then settle back down comfortably and move her head to the beat.

Okay, so this is the exact reason having girls is better than having little boys. I am always sneaking into Lillys room while she is sleeping to paint her toes. Such a sweet pic. Yippy! Back in touch with the alfandres! Elle and hannah sound like kindred spirits.
